Hi Everyone,

Is it possible to assign a short cut (like Ctrl+I(nsert)) to the function Auto-insert into current segment in the Terminology menu?

Thanks for your help!

Hans

Assigning macro's to Auto-Insert and Rapid Entry Feb 8, 2011

To answer my own question:

You can create a short cut for auto-inserting terms into the active segment with this macro:

[MACROS]
1=AutoInsertTermsInSegment^ =

This one opens the Rapid Entry window with Ctrl+U, but the cursor isn't positioned in the target language field, as it should ...

2=OpenRapidEntryWindow^ =

For your information:

Saving macros
Transit NXT saves macros on a user-related basis at \config\users\\ in the file default.prf.
