Transit- empty Target New in Fuzzy index window

I am using Transit Satellite PE 3.0. Whenever there are fuzzy matches, 100% or 90%..., the Target New box is always empty, but the other two boxes(Source Old and Source New) are normal.
If I did the same project in another PC, everything is OK.
Does anyone have any ideas?
