" urgent inquiry..." May 9, 2010

This indicates that an urgent inquiry is needed into translation services used by courts or investigating authorities, with a view to introducing a national standard before someone can interpret criminal cases.
This is really funny. Every time someone messes up in any profession, the sentence " urgent inquiry is needed...". Journalists love this phrase. Then after a couple of days a better professional corrects the mistake and no inquiry at all is made.
