In case of English capability of Thai students Aug 3, 2010

The similar issue happens in Thailand. It is recently reported that Thai student capability of English ranks 51st rank out of 57th worst rank among non-English speaking nations. Yes, Thailand economy can be ranked rather high but our use of English in computer and Internet is quite restricted. Thanks to local version of Windows and Google search (as well as simple mouse clicking habit!), Thai students can use computers widely but they are still immune from perfect English. In this aspect, Indian people can be on a better situation since this country was occupied and was exposed to official English language for over one hundred year.

Soonthon L.
