Globalization and legal process Aug 16, 2010

I suspect that legal process is very conservative on against globalization; they insist on doing jobs in conventional ways. Some judges say they never use (never know how to) Internet nor reading contemporary literature. Language role is increasing with more global contact and citizens expect that judges also adapt to serve them more intimately. This Canadian lawyer movement is a bit skeptical.
