This is a new movement toward conservation of dialects or local language. How can we balance the local conservation mind with standardized use of the official language? Civil uprise in many countries also associate with use of ethnic group languages.

How many people could there possible be in Wales who know no English and whose only language is Welsh? Does this lady protester not know English?

Just whose rights are being violated? Give me a break...
