Housing rental markets elsewhere Sep 15, 2010

My friends in Beijing and Tokyo said that house rental for foreigners has a number of difficulties due to cultural gaps. Many house owners say that foreigners tend to gather on weekends and this annoy neighboring dwellers. Hiring an interpretor can make oversea housing rental easier, in particular for foreign students who cannot afford a high rental price.
