I see postmodernism as poetry;
I see flarf as poetry. I cannot see
google translations
of poetry
as poetry.

I'm actually rather excited about this and I look forward to seeing what the big G produces. When (and if) it is really doing "all its own work" and not just recycling existing translations, its attempts should at least shed some light on the processes involved, and real poetry translators might just win a little more respect. As in the human world, there is much more to be learnt from failure than from success. It should offer us food for thought and no doubt a few laughs along the way.
