Hi All,

We are creating a small medical eng.-pol./pol.-eng. (and analogically for German) dictionary for an internal use, to serve as a reference for doctors in our Trauma Centre, in order to communicate with foreign patients.

We are creating this dictionary in Excel and Word. What system of pronounciation spelling for English and German (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pronunciation_respelling_for_English) can we use, so the symbols were recognised by Microsoft software? Is there any plug-in or add-on for that?

Thanks a lot!

Marcin
