Does Translation/Translation Services (outsourced from and delivered overseas via Internet) legally/technically fall under the rubric 'ITES' (Information Technology Enabled Services) or can it be construed as such, or under any of the following :--

Digital Content Development and Management
Website Services
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
Data entry
Data processing
E-commerce and online shopping
Document conversion, imaging and archiving

# Can you cite any authoritative source?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
