Translation tools, which ones do you use?

Hello,

There are many translation tools available, but which one are best to use?

Which translation tools are best for the freelance translator? Also considering the costs of purchasing these tools, which one do you find most beneficial to you?

Should a new translator have experience with the most familiar translation tools? If yes, what is the best way to get more experience with these tools? How did you learn how to work with certain translation tools?

Are there special translation tools (and other recources) for business and law translators?

Are there special translation tools for translators who translate to or from Arabic? Are there certain obstacles with translation tools when using the Arabic language?

You see, I have many questions! I hope to get some answers. Thanks in advance.
