I\'d like to have your views in this topic as I\'m in the process of collecting research data for a 20\' speech I\'ll give at the City of Buenos Aires Translators\' Association next Saturday (November 9th).

I\'d be grateful if you could let me have your answers in 3 short sentences, or maybe just three words.

I\'ll publish the conclusions in this forum next week.

Thank you! and regards,

Cecilia Frund

priorities Nov 6, 2002

1. curiosity for each and every subject (you never know what the next translation will be about)

2. time to devote to education, time to read and go deeper

3. share opinions and ask questions (isn\'t proz a perfect example)

The best of luck for your speech.

Do not get too self-conscious.

my priorities Nov 6, 2002

1-study something I enjoy

2-study something technically useful

3-be up to date with the latest trends in translation, economics, marketing, teaching (I\'m also a teacher), business administration, among others.

Good luck with your speech, pitty I won\'t be in BA to attend!

Saludos,

Valeria
