I'm participating in a project at university that will be implementing the new European quality standard for Translation Services, EN 15038.

I'm supposed to be taking care of the quality management aspect of things. The standard is very vague about what QM would entail. Nothing wrong with that, but I'm wondering what the "checklist" should contain.

Is there anyone out there that has tried to use this standard or the ISO9001:2000. Was it/were they a help or a hindran... See more
