Hello,

I am translating an "extracto de acta" or summary of a birth certificate from the Dominican Republic, from Spanish to English and I wondered if there were any templates out there I could use as a reference. I'm having trouble finding any online.

I think you will have to do it yourself.

You need to make up your own that is formatted exactly like to original.

As Henry says: "Do it yourself"

Now a days with copy & paste you can do it. copy the seals and format it the same way.

But if it is an "extract" and not a translation of the original I may have a template for it to be used in the US.

I never do "extracts" as my translations look petty much like the originals.

Thanks so much for the input.

I did manage to make one up but I'd be curious to see your template Luis. These particular documents seemed to be a summary of the originals. I'd never really seen one of those before.
