This is a really huge database of (probably) almost all languages, including such rare ones like Kui-Kuwi, Warazi and Hadza. Some of the lists can be downloaded as pdf and xls.

Serious warning: If you are interested in etymology, you won't be able to get away from this again... (I know what I'm talking about )
