I speak English as a foreign language. My first son will be born soon and I want him to learn English together with his mother tongue. I\'m looking for simple nursery rhymes to sing or tell to a newborn.

sites for you & baby May 8, 2003

Hi Milos,

This is wonderful news indeed!icon_smile.gif
Here are two sites I warmly recommend:

Enchanted Learning.com: rhymes are grouped by topics and supported by funky illustrations:

http://www.enchantedlearning.com/Rhymes.html

I also warmly recommend Mama Lisa’s House:

http://www.mamalisa.com/

Mama Lisa\'s is becoming something of an Internet empire – if you click on \"Nursery Rhymes and Songs of All Nations\" you will find out why!icon_smile.gif

All the best,

Erika

I highly recommend the \" Mommy and Me\" sing along collection> It comes with printed lyrics, and I tried it myself with great results. icon_smile.gif
