Multilanguage computer-based tech dictionary

I'm looking for my work (so it can be expensive) for a good technical dictionary (construction, maintenance of buildings, air conditioning systems, etc, etc). We would like to find one with the following languages:

English
Dutch
French
German
Portuguese
Spanish
Italian

And we would like to have one on our computer, so not a paper one.

Any suggestions???
