Dear colleagues,

I am sitting the DPSI examination in June, in London. Topic: Scottish Law. Coming from a legal system that has nothing to do with the British one (the Romanian one is based on French Law), I was wondering if there are any Romanians there who could help me find some translation resources for the specific terms used by the Scottish Law.

Thank you

Hi Mirela,

Might this be a useful starting point? http://www.scottishlaw.org.uk/

It looks as though it might point you towards some other resources.

Best,

Karen

The link you provided is, indeed very useful. I'll try to make something out of it, hoping that I do not have to, firstly, have a degree in Scottish Law!

Thank you again.

Mirela
