I do not think there is one but you can get halfway with these two:

Militärordbok (Studentlitteratur ISBN 91-44-00119-3 1999) eng-swe-eng with CD-ROM, includes NATO terms but is of course concentrated on Swedish ones.

and

Tysk-Svensk Militär Ordlista (Försvarets bok- och blankettförråd 1973)
