Hello!

What I have not been able to find online is a good medical dictionary English - Russian.

A good downloadable or 'copy- able' glossary would be great too.

If you know one, please suggest. There are several small ones that are really too small for a translation.

Thanks a lot! I hoe other could use this thread too.

Try these links Oct 11, 2009

Personally I'm not an EnglishRussian translator. I've however collected many links to languages other than my language pair. Try the following and hopefully you may find one or more that interest you. If you require Medical English-English dictionaries I can provide you with many links too.

I've found this Russian-English dictionary useful at times:

http://www.neuro.net.ru/bibliot/b007/

It is a specialized dictionary on neurology, but I have also found more general terms in it. In addition to an English translation of Russian terms, it also gives you the Russian-language definition.

This one might be too small Oct 12, 2009

http://www.super55.com/dictionary.php?lang=rus&let=я&curpage=1&code=5

Claims to have over 6000 pages, which sounds impressive; however, whenI checked entries under the letter "я", it only listed one term, whereas my paper R-E medical dictionary (by Yeliseyenkov) has seven pages of terms under this letter.
