Could one of you please help me find the English version of the Handelsgesetzbuch? A free version would be appreciated but if there is a place where I can buy an electronic copy, that would suffice too.

Hi Teresa,

Thanks for the research. These help a little bit but I think the second link is quite old, at least it does not seem to correspond to the German version of the HGB. I will keep looking - I may have to buy it somewhere.
