I just bumped into an excellent resource site. On www.unicode.org/charts, you can find (in pdf forms) every imaginable character. All alphabets (Latin, Cyrillic, Indian languages and many more alphabets), syllable-based writing systems, even all Chinese characters, radicals, etc. plus a wide range of mathematical and currency symbols. All this complete with each character's unicode in hexadecimal format.
