Checked a sample of 10 medical terms; 9 were perfect 1 was over-specific.



Conclusion: Better than most!

I\'ve been using it for almost a year now and highly recommend it. The caveat is 130,000 word limit. Speaking only of the engineering, physical sciences and mathematics sections, I suggest to restrict your search to general terms and avoid highly specific, abstruse terms. Definitions, when found, are thorough.
