Help with automated headings "ARTICLE #" and "Section #" on MS Word

Dear Colleagues,
I can not translate the headings "ARTICLE #" and "Section #" due to they contain automated numbers, and I really can't find the way MS Word handles this matter. I kindly request the help from someone smart.

What I remember Jun 30, 2011

is doing right click and then using "personalizar lista de esquema numerado". If you search a bit you'll find it... this is all I can remember (because I have a screenshot that I sent to a colleague).

Sorry to put this in Spanish!

This of course is in Word, after you've finished with your CAT tool.

I've tried that already, and Table of Contents disappears...
