Hello
I'm searching for a good online dictionary full of glossary for physics terms... as...
background state, winding number, path integral, etc. etc.
does anyone know a good place where may I find this online?
If possible I'm looking for a glossary in a big list with 2 colums, english on the left side, and spanish on the right side with the translation
thanks a lot

Here's what I found: Aug 22, 2011

Hello,

Here are some links I found, they're mostly monolingual glossaries, but in my experience, they can be very useful. Also, even though you don't have an English to Spanish glossary, I'm sure you'll be able to find the correspondence between the terms/concepts. Also, this is only a selection, there are other relevant sites you can easily find.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

I have found a source for English to Spanish dictionary of Physics that might be useful to you: http://www.dicts.info/terminology/dict.php?l1=english&l2=spanish&field=physics

Although it's not quite extensive but it meets most of your requirements.

Good luck!

the glossarist Sep 11, 2011

I found a site called the glossarist which provides links to other glossaries

www.glossarist.com

use search criteria and sometimes you can find the glossary you are looking for (sometimes not). I have found very useful stuff for insurance andthere is a lot in the English-French and English-German pairs. Not much in the English-Italian that I need.
Anyway, have a look.
