Such documents can be so variable that the only templates that are feasible would be for some documents coming from the same source (for example academic transcripts from a certain university, birth certificates from the same jurisdiction, etc.). If your work would involve documents from the same source, like mine often does, then you go back to the ones you did before and re-use them by changing the data.

There are companies online that offer templates you can use, but you usually need to pay for them without being able to see if they are what you are looking for.
