What is the best printed Japanese to English dictionary?

I am now selecting the best Japanese to English dictionary. Other than online dictionaries, I am using New Little English to Japanese/Japanese to English dictionary (新リトル英和/和英辞書) by Kenkyusha (研究社), which was printed almost two decades ago. But this is outdated.

If you have any idea, I sincerely appreciate to hear from you.

As far as I know, the 研究社新和英大辞典 (Green Goddess) is still considered by most to be the number one J>E dictionary for translators.
