Does someone know what tool should be used to translate the text contained in *.mvb files, created with the application MVIEWER2.EXE (Microsoft Multimedia Viewer)?

Opening the file in a text editor shows only gibberish, no translatable text.

Thanks!!!
Carlos

Excellent, Robert, thanks a lot.
However, being not a programmer, when the translation of the RTF file is ready how can I recreate the mirror MVB file in the target language?
I was thinking of something like Catalyst or so.
Best regards - Carlos

Microsoft Multimedia Viewer Publishing Toolkit Sep 18, 2005

Programmers' heaven also has Help Maker Plus v4.9:

http://www.programmersheaven.com/search/download.asp?FileID=1820

but I'm not clear that you will end up with an mvb file (probably only an hlp).

Maybe Microsoft Multimedia Viewer Publishing Toolkit will be necessary, but most references to it seem to date back to the mid-1990's.

Sorry I don't know more.

Thanks anyway. At least the first two apps suggested did their work fine and I have the RTF to work with.
Best regards - Carlos
