Contract for the sale of a glossary

Dear colleagues,

I will be selling a glossary I’ve been developing over the past 5 months and I need to make a contract. So I was wondering if anyone has sold a large glossary of terms recently, and if so, would you ‘lend’ me the contract you used?

Naturally, I’d have to make changes to most of the clauses, but it’d be good to have a guide to begin with.

TIA!

alejandra
