Am I the only one having this mental block?

I have (correction: I assume to have - URL stems from google, so at least its index crawler got access to the file) correct file names for the contents, for instance

http://www.emea.eu.int/htms/human/qrd/Appendix%20IV/2175504en.pdf

but there's no indication of the file getting loaded. My firefox says "done" and the screen remains empty.

btw, there's emea' URLs which behave as they should, for instance the "traditional" (g)

http://www.emea.eu.int/htms/human/qrd/qrdtemplate.htm

Is it emea? Is it me? Is it some add or pdf blocker? Where?

works for me Jan 6, 2006

But there was a delay of over 1 second after "done".

Try to download the file instead of opening it Jan 6, 2006

You may try to download the file: go with the pointer on the URL, than click on the RIGHT mouse button: you should find a menu item like "Save target as...", "Save object with name..." or something similar and you can select the folder where the file has to be saved.

My two cents,
Gilberto
