Does anyone have a web site that lists the differences between US and UK spelling and grammar?

There is an agencie based in London, American Pie, which actually specialises in translation between UK and US English. It is run by a person called Josephine Baker who I believe is a member of the proz.com community. Their website is www.americanization.com I believe.
