Dear Jill

I use Anycount 5.0: it is cheap and works fine.
Hope it helps

Hi Jill

I asked a similar question in the Office applications forum (Counting words in an Excel file) and was sent some useful answers.

I tried Anycount which is basic and simple to use.
I'm currently testing PractiCount which is more complex and also calculates invoices.

Best of luck!
Sandra
