I cannot find the U with a comma from right up to left down

Use ANSI-Code May 11, 2006

Just press the ALT-key and using the numeric keypad enter 0218. After that release the alt key and you have Ú.

PS
To know where the letters are use the "Character table" from Windows. It is usually located somwhere in Tools - just take a look.

ú = Alt + 0250
Ú = Alt + 0218

In Word > Insert > Symbols, easy.
