I am currently working in an agency that gets quite a few really awkward menus to translate from Italian into English.

As most of the menus are only a couple of thousand characters long the margins are terrible, but the work is anything but easy.

Does anybody know of any good online resources for this? I\'ve come across one or two, but they only seem to deal with the most common Italian dishes and are more suited to translating \'tourist\' menus as opposed to \'haute cuisine\'. Alternatively, recommendations of specialised dictionaries/glossaries (print form) would be very welcome.

Thanks!
