That website and links help explain many of the mysterious terms I often encountered in translating some coporate clients\' papers and news releases about how sharp and successful the firm has become by using Six Sigma.


(Some of their claims about Six Sigma recall much of the hype and fervent promises surrounding the release of Windows 95 a few years back.)
