I don't know any specialised glossary in this field, but what I do know, for having translated for casinos, is that many of them offer their websites in different languages (such as http://casinotropez.com/it/) Of course it's not a glossary and sometimes the translation is not brilliant, but if you can take the time to research, I'm sure you will find them useful. From there, you can then make your own glossary...
