Is there a version which deals with windows strings? Dec 5, 2007

I have downloaded this resource which looks very useful as far as terminology goes.

However, it does not seem to have equivalents for Windows strings (eg: "Change the drive letter and path" in "Computer Manager" (right-click on "My Computer") in Windows XP).

Does anyone have any information about freely available Windows string glossaries? My particular interest is French English.

I don't think such strings are available to anybody outside Microsoft. My website is based on whatever glossaries Microsoft has provided to the public for free, and those are presumably just a small subset of the glossaries Microsoft uses internaly.
