Just a quick question: A clint has recently gone bust, owing me a lot of money. The recievers say that I am unlikely to be paid, UNLESS I can show that the translation work is subject to copyright - in which case they have to pay me before the products I worked on are sold in order to gain ownership. If I get a lawyer onto this my profits will just dissappear - so has anyone successfully applied copyight to translated work? Any on line resources for this? Thanks in advance.
