A new mailing list has been created at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ticom/

The purpose is to build a community for translators and interpreters. You can subscribe by clicking on the above link or by sending a message to ticom-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

The description for the list reads as follows:

Community for translators and interpreters.

This is a community for all aspects of translation and interpretation of natural languages.

Two topics are forbidden on this list: religion and politics. The only exception is for term questions related to religion or politics, but if any threads turn into discussion about religion or politics, such messages will be deleted from the archives. Subscribers will then be reminded that such discussions are not allowed on this list.

All translators, interpreters and educators and others who have an interest in this fascinating subject are welcome.

Regards,

Karin Adamczyk
