Does WF Pro damage/alter the original source format?

I have been using WF Pro under Linux Ubuntu 9.04 for quite a few months now

In general terms the tool has been rather useful and effective. I am indeed considering to buy.

However, I have been forced to reformat my translated target files substantially with 3 major assignments
I remember an MS Word source document, with no fancy/special formatting requirements, where the translation altered the format in such a way that more than 5 hours had to be spent by the agency and myself in reformatting alone

My installation has no unusual setups

Anybody else experiencing this?

Thanks in advance

You are right, Kristyna
The translated file looks correct now

Could not find the original formatting problems (should there be any at all), so will check again

Many thanks for your help!
