(OSX 10.6.3, Word for Mac 2004 (11.3), Wordfast for Mac 5.61)

I’m new at Wordfast and having a problem with the TM. I imported a tmx file, which wasn’t very big (about 5000 entries). Wordfast then started to reorganize the TM and this took so long that I had to shut down Word (30+ minutes). Now the txt-file is over 45MB. This makes the program very slow, especially when reorganizing or analyzing.
