I have been using WordFast successfully for some time now but suddenly it has begun to delete the tags at the beginning of segments in texts supplied to me by clients who segment using Trados.
Have I inadvertently selected/deselected something I shouldn't have?

WordFast Pro on Windows XP. The original files are Word but converted to txml by WP.

Does this help?

Thanks a lot

Answer from WordFast on tags Jun 16, 2010

The answer is simple - there is no problem with WordFast Classic but, if you are supplied with a text that has been segmented under Trados and includes tags, delimiters etc., they're not all retained under WordFast. The solution is therefore to download WordFast Classic (free of charge).
It seems to me that this would have been an important point to emphasise on the website.
