After translating a PPT file with Wordfast Pro, how do I clean it?
I haven't been able to found the function myself. Can anybody help?
Thanks.

You do not need to "clean" the file as in WF Classic or others, simply save the target file using the "save translated file" option in the File menu.
It will save the target file with the same title as the source + the language code in the end.

You'll have to do 4 different things
Aug 9, 2010
1) with Alt+End, you commit the segments to the TM(s) 2) with File>Save translated file, you store the translated file in its original format (in this case, Powerpoint) (WF adds a language code) 3) with File>Close, you store the bilingual .txml file (keep it in case of modifications or for further reference) 4) last stage, check the lay-out in Powerpoint, especially the text boxes.

If you use the PM perspective (click the icon on the left margin), you will see a menu where you can choose Clean up. Otherwise you can check out the WF Pro manual on WF website. Regards, AT
