Dear all,
I apologize if this question has already been asked, but I couldn't find it in the forum.
I have been working with Wordfast Pro for a few months now, without any problem.
However today things don't go as smoothly as usual.
I have translated two short Word files on the same subject, both around 40 segments long.
When I click on the "Preview in Ms Word" icon, it doesn't work. After trying a couple of times, the icon is not "active" anymore.

Hi Geraldine,
do you work with the latest Wordfast Pro version? I used to have the same problem with an older version, however, since I downloaded the latest version, the problem has diasppeared. Check on their website and compare the version numbers - maybe an update helps.

Thank you for your answer.
I am using the latest version. It worked perfectly with other files until this morning, but won't do it for these two. I have managed to export them to Word using the "save translated files" function, but I wonder what is wrong with the Icon.

I wonder know if you solved the problem.
I've the same problem and I work with the latest version of WordFast pro.
The preview icon (and function) works correctly in all the files BUT NOT in one file

I'm testing Wordfast Pro 2.4.0.1 in Demo mode and MS Word preview (Office 2007) works perfectly

Like Xanthippe, I solved it by saving the document in Word, and it has not happened since with any document.
It was a one-off problem and has never happened with other documents.
