Making a TM after the translation in Wordfast?

Hi!
I recently did a large translation, without using a CAT-tool. Now the client wants me to send a TM of the translation. Is it possible to paste in the translation memory afterwards in Wordfast? As you probably can tell, I am new to using CAT-tools. Greatful for any type of quick answer.

Using the Ptools, you can select the Source files (place them in a source folder all by themselves) and align them with the Target files (also placed together in a separate folder). You create a TM and place the TUs in it after checking. You'll find detailed instructions in the Ptools manual.
