Wordfast and cross-references in Framemaker files

I am currently translating user guides for a client and I am using Wordfast PRO. I am working on .mif files and I am having problems with translating cross-references. When the client creates PDF files from my translations, cross references remain untranslated.

For example, when I am translating, I see the following string: "For more information see {ut1}". The placeable contains a lot of information, including text strings that are the actual text that needs to be translated. I tried editing the placeable but it still does not appear translated in the finished PDF file.

Is there some way to ensure that cross references are translated?

Please download and install the latest version of Wordfast Professional 2.4.1 (released only a few days ago) available at:
http://www.wordfast.com/store_download.html

It includes important improvements for MIF files. Then re-open a copy of the MIF file and pre-translate it using the toolbar button Translate All.
