Switching from demo version to Wordfast Pro

Hello,

I bought Wordfast Pro a while ago but am still using the demo version, and everything I do to switch to the full version fails.

I am supposed to have an 8-figure code to install the licence, but I cannot find it.

Can anybody help please?

When you licence Wordfast pro (on www.wordfast.net), you receive an e-mail containing a licence file (.lic).
You then save this file on your computer. To activate Wordfast pro, go to the Help menu, click on License management and License manager and follow the instructions.

I did not receive that email.
The only mail I received about licencing said:

1) Download Wordfast Classic and/or Wordfast Pro from http://www.wordfast.com/store_download.html
2) Once the program is installed, locate and note your INSTALL NUMBER. (Instructions on finding your Wordfast Classic install number can be found here -http://www.wordfast.net/index.php?wh... See more

3) Login to our support menu at http://www.wordfast.net/index.php?whichpage=aftersale using the following information-
Login: XXX

Password: XXX

4) Select 'License or relicense a Wordfast Translation Studio application.'
5) Fill in the test question and answer for password recovery in future.
6) Enter your Wordfast install number from step 2.
7) Click 'Generate License.'

The install number can be found in the Wordfast pro Help menu, under License management.
