Failed to connect to remote TM

Affter entering URL and pressing Test to connect to remote TM I am getting the following message:
The following event occured: wf://xxx/: Failed to connect.
java.net.UnknownHostException: ????-??
Please note that this TM will be disabled.
Everything is working on the old laptop on Windows XP, but it does not work on a new one, on Windows 7.
Anybody had the same problem? Is there a solution?
