Hi everybody!

I'm trying to export a Wordfast TM to Trados for a client. I exported it as a
tmx file in Wordfast and imported it to Trados by creating a new TM (I have both
licenses, Trados 7 and WF Classic 5.61). But only 23700 translation units are
imported (original TM has 32495 units) and get the message "50400: Error in TMX
input".

I have renamed the files, reorganized the TMs (both before and after the
import/export process) and checked source and target languages but the error
message appears every time.

Any idea? Thanks a lot!

Patricia

Have you tried using olifant instead? It's free and has worked much better for me than Wordfast's conversion tools in the past. In fact, I almost never use Wordfast to convert between tmx and txt files.

Hope that helps!
