Hi everyone,

I've just cleaned a rather long document, and some paragraphs of the text now appear inside a green frame which I can't get rid off... If anyone knows how to solve this, that would be a big help! Thanks in advance...

Hi Anne Feb 11, 2012

If you are speaking about the final Word file then just change the text as you usually do this in Word.

Is this in a table that contains bulleted text? If so, I know this can happen. I don't know how to prevent it from happening, but I do know how to get rid of the green frame. Put the cursor in an affected area and press Shift+F1 (reveal formatting). Then proceed as shown here:

Once you have done this successfully in one area, move to the next affected area and press Ctrl+Y to repeat the action you just performed.

Also, you can eliminate this green frame positioning the cursor at the beginning of the green frame and pressing Ctrl + W to erase the style. Then, you only need to re-apply the bullet point feature.
It's annoying, specially when you work within tables. My guess is that it has to do with the Normal.dot (which is -in most cases- poorly modified by WF).
Hope it works.
Best,
